Thank you for checking out our product. We call it Crisp.
When you think of crisp, what comes to mind? Is it an ochre-hued Autumn morning, or the smell before rain? Could it be that first bite into a peach, or the sound of sprinklers on a sunny day? For us, Crisp is a promise to keep our ideas as fresh as the name suggests, so get ready to sink your teeth into our product.

A Humble Beginning— In a University Far, Far, Away......
A few college students set out on a journey to combine their unconditional love for Apple products, appreciation of the arts, and environmentally friendly attitude into one delightful product. Using our creatively driven noggins, we have directed these passions toward introducing a series of locally produced, laser engraved, and eco-conscious cases made of California’s finest bamboo. Thus, with the power vested in lasers, Crisp was born!

Why Bamboo?— Prepare to be Bamboozled (in a good way)
Because it makes us all around eco-friendly! Keeping the ecosystem in mind, we use bamboo as our blank canvas because it’s a more green alternative to the basic plastic iPhone covers you find in kiosks all over the mall. Bamboo is a renewable resource with the fastest reforestation potential of any plant. On the economic spectrum, the entire process, from growing the bamboo to engraving it, takes place right here in America: The Great Backyard. As a start-up company from good ol’ Tampa Bay, Crisp likes to recognize the little people. Around Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Ybor City, we mingle with local businesses and artists in these bustling art communities so they get the recognition they deserve, while making sure that a portion of our proceeds go to several charities. Cue some feel-good music.

Bamboo is strong!
I guess the Man of Steel didn’t get the memo since bamboo is more resistant to pulling apart than steel and can withstand greater compression than concrete. We tested our cases with some unfortunate "accidents" and they held together greatly as we wanted! For the kicker, bamboo is just as light as it is strong so it won’t be a burden in your pocket. Light, strong, and durable— ideal features for an iPhone cover!

Bamboo lends itself to both a sturdy and aesthetically pleasing form. While you can purchase a basic bamboo case from us, you can also have one of our featured artworks engraved on it. At Crisp, we make it a point to support the arts by hunting down the best aspiring and local artists just so you can find the perfect case to be the Romeo to your iPhone’s Juliet, except we will guarantee a happy ending. However, if you’re feeling extra-Crispy, then you can customize a design to suit your own individual expression!

Naturally Creative— The Nitty-Gritty Process
Authentic craftsmanship coupled with scrupulous design is the very core of Crisp cases, and we have a hands-on approach that fuels our production process from start to finish. It begins in California, where the highest quality bamboo is grown, then it is shipped cross-country to the place “where dreams come true”— okay, so our bamboo doesn’t actually go to Disney World, but it comes close enough! Once it’s in Florida, the bamboo receives an all-expenses-paid-vacation style pampering complete with precision cutting, three soakings of an oil and citric acid mixture, hand-sanding, margaritas on the beach, then polished with a waxy rubdown to maintain a protective gloss and ensure a natural feel. Making sure you stay plugged in, we design our cases with cut-outs that fit all accessories— such as headphones and docks— and make it easy to push your phone’s buttons in all the right ways. Afterward, we work closely with the artists to create an engraving that stays true to their hearts, and finds a way into yours. Our cases are finished off with a front bezel that attracts, protects, and melds to the screen. Finally, in a creative package made of recycled cardboard, your Crisp case will go on a homeward bound trek straight into your arms, and the shipping is free of charge!
