We've received AMAZING entries!
Thank you so much to everyone who has already committed their support to Sukkah City STL! Whether you are a current backer, thinking about supporting or this is the first time you are looking at the page, I know you will find this update to be powerful.
Our submission deadline passed on September 14th and I am thrilled to report that we received over 50 entries from all over the world! The competitors range from professional design firms, architectural students and even a small Jewish day school. I could not be more proud of the breadth and scope of the submissions and the images themselves are simply awe-inspiring.
The judges will be viewing all of the candidate's designs next week. In the meantime, here is a mere glimpse of a few of the submissions we received.
(Please note: posted images are not necessarily finalists and the posting of images will bear no effect on the judge's decisions)
The first submission is by the team of Act3, Trivers Architecture and STL Beacon.
The second submission is by Brian Ringley of DAAP Rapid Prototyping Center at the University of Cincinnati.
The third submission is by Filip Tejchman and named the "60 Degree Sukkah"
