I just wish I could use PayPal to contribute a bit and get a signed copy ($22) - 'cause I don't have credit card, checking account or the money to buy a money order here - Sweden - as itr will cost thrice of my donation with all the fees my bank charges - and no, don't tell me to change my bank or whatever, cause it's the law over here - they have to charge that much.
