Summer Shakespeare for the people of Santa Fe, NM!
The Santa Fe Shakespeare is determined to bring quality community theatre to the people of New Mexico each summer. Totally volunteer-based, the cast include seasoned professionals working beside people completely new to Shakespeare. Tickets are on a sliding-scale so everyone can afford to see outdoor Shakespeare under the magic skies of Santa Fe.
Last season, we worked with a local hotel to bring MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING to the community for a limited engagement, under a large event tent on a performance lawn. The event was extremely well received, and the feedback we received was 100% positive!
Fund raising has included a rummage sale, personal donations, and in-kind trading. Right now, we need to fund the final set and costume build, and we could use some support! We'd love to not only meet our funding goal, but surpass it!
