Six words – the show was a huge success!
Everything came together – it truly was a wonderful, magical, incredibly special experience for everyone involved and for all who attended. I am so proud of the dancers, proud of everyone who was helping out with the show – each and every one of them did a superb job and we all had so much fun – and the audience did too! The spirit of ohana and aloha was with us that day and evening – it was beautiful.
Since then, we’ve been getting back to a regular schedule while working on and finalizing the DVD. The photographer will be meeting with me today to go through the 1600 pictures she took – very exciting! And we are looking ahead to the rest of the year and beyond as I begin to teach more classes and build the Halau.
I want to thank all of you who have contributed – your support was of tremendous help on many, many levels – you were an integral part of our success. Mahalo nui loa!
