Tom Rockwell is an artist, comedian, and video game designer from New Jersey. He runs a small multimedia company called FIDIM Interactive, LLC and is known online for his comedy-rap songs which he performs under the name "Devo Spice." He has developed several video games over the past decade. Some of them were released independently. Others were licensed to various publishers, including one of the first games that was ever playable over AOL Instant Messenger.
