Roominate is Here!!!
Something very exciting happened today. Our first Roominate shipment arrived, and we now have pallets piled high with boxes on boxes of Roominate!
We are so grateful to have your support and can’t wait to get Roominate into your hands!!! We couldn’t have done this without you, our amazing community of supporters.
Just a little clarification on shipping, we are trying to ship out everything as quickly as possible to leave ample time for your order to arrive by December 24, at the latest. We plan to ship everything out by December 7, and USPS estimates domestic delivery in 2 days and international delivery in 6-10 days (for most cases). Hence, we anticipate your order arriving much sooner than December 24 and more likely sometime during the week of December 10 (for domestic) or December 17 (for international).

@Rock: Thank you for sharing your concern! We will work on shipping out international orders first and will aim to ship them by December 3.

Thanks for the update. I must admit though to being a little concerned as the shipment dates, as I would suppose that clearing customs for international orders is most likely to take longer given how close to Christmas you are now shipping. For me, that worries me immensely that I'm going to have a devastated 8 year old with no Roominate on Christmas day! As such, is there any way of you expediting the process for international orders? I'm UK based, and customs clearance tends to be pretty quick, but the proximity of Christmas and the increased volume of international mail and associated delays that brings is now rather a worry. Of course, another solution could be to use a faster shipping method, which would definitely help matters.
Irrespective, sorting the international orders as a priority would be much appreciated.
