We are relaunching this product due to messages from interested parties. We have adjusted the tiers a little since and we have been able to find a manufacturer to make this project more cost effective.
We think Square is the future of mobile payments, and we set out to design and manufacture a case that keeps the Square card reader convenient and protected.
Square Hoodie is a tough silicone case on a loop for the Square card reader. Loop it on keys, lanyards and bags to keep your Square card reader conveniently protected where ever business takes you.
Design
We designed Square Hoodie with transactions in mind. No need to remove the Square card reader. Simply connect. Peel back the Hoodie. And swipe the card.

Yes it is true! The Square Up card reader is free for order at Squareup.com and for $1 you can gift the card reader to friends and loved ones!

We do not currently intend to offer Square Hoodie in white, but if there is continued demand we will consider it. Please send us a message, so we can tally the white Square Hoodie requests.

As a Kickstarter project and pre-selling a product, the end consumer input is very important, so we encourage you to send us a message about your ideal color choice.

We created the Square Hoodie to add style and convenience to the Square card reader. Square changed the game for mobile payments and we think Square Hoodie is its perfect case.

The production Square Hoodies will be smooth and free of imperfections that are visible in the prototype photos above. In fact, most of our budget will be dedicated to the tooling of a smooth, precise steel mold capable of producing superb quality silicone Hoodies.
