The Fundraiser
This Kickstarter project was created for the purpose of creating James Gilmore's upcoming "Hurt n' Wrong" album. This is an opportunity to get involved in the music and help kickstart James' music career! In exchange for your generosity you will receive a variety of rewards as described on the right side of this page. The funds raised here will go directly toward producing hard copies of the album, fees to post songs to iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, etc., TAXI music service (professional critiques of songs, submissions to record labels & film/TV) and website payments. These expenses will total $850+.
The nature of Kickstarter is that projects only get funded if they reach their goal amount, to avoid shelling out money for less than the project's purpose. Any funding I receive after the $850 will go to expenses like merchandise, additional hard copies, and entry fees. Every little bit helps!
The Music
"Hurt N' Wrong" is James Gilmore's second solo album. It mostly falls somewhere in the rock/folk/singer-songwriter genres. Here is a single off the new album called Black Dimes (below) that will be featured in the new album so you can get a feel for it. All songs are available for streaming on jamesgilmoremusic.com .
