The Elemental Goddesses
Millions of years ago, the Starlight Elemental emerged and gave form to magick. She descended to Earth and gave rise to the Four Elemental powers, Earth, Air, Water, and Fire. In time, war and death created the Blood Elemental, but love and self-sacrifice created Life to balance. Humans, inspired by the faes, created the last Elemental, the Machina.
The Elemental goddesses are the mythological background in which the Time of the Faeries storylines take place. They are years in the making.
It took time, but we can proudly show the Earth and Fire Elementals as we envisioned them. The video above shows a little bit of what we do to create each photoshoot. Currently, we are shooting the Water Elemental.
Each Elemental can take any where from six months to a year to produce. We are hoping that with the support of fans, friends, and art afficionados, we can shorten that time frame significantly and within a year or two finish our Elemental Goddesses series.
Your support would help us pay for pre-production and studio time for five Elemental photoshoots; Starlight, Water, Blood, Life, and the Machina, each one progressively more difficult, and more fun, to do.

We are Joseph and Donny Corsentino. We are the team behind Time of the Faeries, an epic art project spanning 10,000 years of evolution, nearly a thousand art images of faeries, angels, and vampires, and two books.
We started six years ago with the idea that there is still magick in the ugly grit and grime of our modern cities. From there, we created a whole mythology, told through digital photography. We have so many ideas that we want to bring to life, and not enough time in which to do it all!
It's been a busy six years and we're looking forward to more.
