Zodiac Ensemble is a jazz and new music group in Brooklyn, NY.
The Zodiac Ensemble is a Brooklyn, NY based jazz and new music group. At its core are three natives of Stevens Point, WI: reedsmen Aaron Kruziki and Mike Bjella, and bassist Karl McComas-Reichl. Esteemed pianist Glenn Zaleski and acclaimed drummer Colin Stranahan round out the starting lineup.
After a tour in June of 2011, we went into Tedesco Studios in Paramus, NJ to record our debut album. It’s a full length record of all original material, and it’s been mixed and mastered. The artwork is ready. We are very excited to share it with the world, but we need your help to turn these elements into real, living, breathing albums that you can hold in your hands!
We will use most of the funds raised to press the album. A portion will go to the engineer who mixed and mastered the album, and the rest will be used for promotion.
