Just Joshing. I'm glad to see you still chasing the dream. I just signed on Kickstarter myself, but haven't launched my project yet (will keep you posted). Hope all goes well. Take care.

Hey Matt - thanks for asking! Here's the short synopsis of Spencer:
Meet Spencer (Geoff Lerer), a determined director and writer who's paid his dues and finally gets his break: a $30,000 budget and a chance to direct Jane (Alyssa Sutherland), his supermodel girlfriend, in his very first feature length film.
The problem: Jane just booked a Ridley Scott film in Australia, she doesn't want to do Spencer's movie... oh, and she doesn't love him anymore.
Broke, broken-hearted, and dropped by his producer (no Jane - no funding), Spencer swallows his pride and takes a job as a "back-up clown" with Tommy (Andrew Kaempfer), Jane's step-brother who incidentally doesn't know that they've broken up. Through a dance-party grief support group and a renewed friendship with an actress friend Lindsay (Lindsay Teed), Spencer searches for a new lead and $30,000 to resurrect his project.
Can Spencer raise his film from the ashes, or is it more than just money that's kept him from living his dreams?
So what's it about?
