What is Island Hoppers?

Island Hoppers is the quest for surf, music and culture in the Caribbean Islands. Lance-O and Lexi host this incredible web series, taking you to new island destinations in High definition each week. Previous episodes include Jamaica, St Kitts, St Martin, St Croix, Nevis, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Tortola, St Thomas, Nicaragua (Corn Islands), and Eleuthera, Bahamas.

And who are you?

We are Kulchashok - A group of INDEPENDENT Filmmakers, DJ’s, Producers and Surfers who are passionate about the Caribbean culture and lifestyle.  

Where can I watch Island Hoppers? 

The first season of Island Hoppers is currently available on Amazon.com.  The future seasons and episodes of Island Hoppers will be offered for FREE on our home page and syndicated on Youtube.com. No more distribution companies, no more networks and no longer will you have to rent an episode to watch. Our new content will be made available to you for FREE!

What are you trying to do?

Island Hoppers’ initial goal is to raise enough funding to film and discover 5 to 10 new Caribbean destinations for our second season.

Who else is involved? 

Island Hoppers will be looking to include the talents of our professional surf friends from around the world  to bring an additional level of stoke to the program. Past Pro surfers include Scott Marvin, Nick Guilarte and Travis Beckman. Don’t forget about the local pros from each country as well, people like Roby Reid, the former National Champion of the Dominican Republic.

Where does the money go?

Every penny goes directly into cost of production of Island Hoppers. As you know travel can be expensive. Our budget includes flights, car rentals, food, insurance, taxes, video equipment, web site maintenance, crew wages and post production. Island Hoppers knows how to run on a bare bones budget and still produce a beautiful show that looks like it was produced by a large production company.

What’s your ultimate GOAL?

Island Hoppers is dedicated to bringing you the best of what the Caribbean has to offer. Culture, history, people, music, scenery, food, experiences and surfing!  This is what we want to bring you. Sit back any day, come to our channel and choose your island destination from our list of episodes. Stay as long as you want, segments run  roughly 5 minutes each but there are several segments for each island episode. This is our goal, to bring you hours of entertainment from the islands and to give the islands the exposure they need to boost tourism. All without exposing any sensitive secret spots!
