About this project
Hey everyone,
I am Carly Tefft, a singer/songwriter from Cape Cod, MA and a student at Berklee College of Music. I enjoy long walks on the beach, the Boston Red Sox, my dog...and oh yeah, music.
My plan is to use Kickstarter to share my latest and greatest music with the world, featuring the musical talents of my Berklee peers to create exposure for all of us.
Over the past few months, I have written some great new tunes and met some incredible musicians here at Berklee. I feel as if these songs are the best yet, so my Berklee friends and I have decided to make a professional sounding recording at a local studio called The Record Company. This will not only be a great way to put my best work out in the open, but will help my fellow Berklee classmates who are also beginning their careers in music.
In order to do this though, I need to raise $1,500 to help pay for expenses (the recording studio, musicians, engineers, cd duplications...you get the picture...), which is where you come in.
In order to show my eternal gratitude for your support, I have put together rewards, so please choose the one that fits you best.
This record is especially for my family, friends and supporters who have encouraged me to pursue this musical dream throughout all these years. Your support means the world. Even though it may not seem like much, every little bit counts and it means so much to have your support.

Hello everyone, my name is Carly Tefft from Cape Cod, MA. I am currently studying at Berklee College of Music, and I am studying songwriting and production. I produced my self-titled, self-produced album, over the winter of 2010 and am currently working on a follow up record. I have played at venues across Massachusetts and plan to continue my career as a singer/songwriter.
