Hi. These chocolates are special. They represent my commitment to creating chocolates with no shortcuts. The chocolate is a gorgeous 73.5% Apamate from Venezuela and each ingredient that goes into these truffles will be of the highest quality. They are not cheap, but they are amazing. I want to show people how chocolate used to be, fresh and vibrant. There are rules. They need to stay refrigerated and sealed. Unless freezing, they should be eaten within three weeks maximum. There are no preservatives, nothing but the essentials for amazing chocolates. They will ship in October as soon as weather permits safe travel. Each box will have a note explaining which truffle is which. The boxes are simple. The focus is CHOCOLATE! I hope you will enjoy them.
