Update #1: Thirty percent!
Hey everyone!
Wow. Our project has been live for about a week, and we’ve already reached 30% of our goal. To all our backers, THANK YOU for your help! Seriously, you’re awesome.
We thought you might be interested in what we’ve been up to while you’ve been busy pledging and spreading the word. Specifically, we found our Judy! The talented Teresa Decher (who’s no stranger to Kickstarter... check out the page for her film Super-seeds) will be playing Judy Graves, a beatnik with a jazzy style and dry sense of humor. She joins the rest of our phenomenal cast whom you’ve already met in our Kickstarter video.
We also wanted to take this opportunity to share something fun with everyone: the first official RED SCARE teaser poster, designed by our good friend Matt Jacobs!

Here’s the thing, though, we’ve still got a ways to go before we hit our
goal, so if you haven’t pledged yet, now’s a great time! And if you
already have, you are great and we love you, but you can still help by
spreading the word and encouraging others to back the project. In fact,
to help you in your endeavors, we’ve whipped up some promotional tools,
based on authentic cold war posters:

Put ‘em on your blog or your facebook or your Google Buzz (people still
do that, right?). If you really want to go the extra mile, make one of
our posters your facebook picture or twitter icon for a week. You could even go
really nuts, print out 100 copies and start hanging them all over
town. Well, maybe don’t do that. Or at least, don’t tell us about it. Better we don’t know the details...
Anyway, the important thing is the sky’s the limit, RED SCARE fans! (Unless you’re in a fallout shelter.)
