OUR KICKSTARTER CAMPAIGN:

We are so excited to share this with you and bring this film to completion. We have decided to team up with KICKSTARTER to raise the funds to complete a feature cut of the film, “Out of the Silence, “ a documentary about sound vibration and healing.

We have 40 days to raise $10,000 for editing, animation, sound design, stock footage and duplication. We are offering some great rewards as a thank you for your donation during the campaign that you can see to the right. KICKSTARTER is an all or nothing fundraising platform so if we don’t raise the full amount by December 9, 2011 then we don’t get any of the money.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

OUT OF THE SILENCE began production in the fall of 2006. A short 23 minute version was completed in the spring of 2007 as a student film. We filmed interviews with healers, researchers, engineers, musicians, therapists, and experts in the field of sound and healing about the power of sound and its potential for personal and global transformation. We have over 40 hours of footage gathered over the last five years and are ready to share this incredible information with others. 

HOW YOUR MONEY WILL HELP

Your support will help us finish a feature length cut to bring this project to its next level of completion. The money will pay for editing, sound design, animation, stock footage, graphics, and duplication for promotional and distribution purposes.

Here’s the breakdown:

·      Sound Design                                $1,500

·      Stock Footage                                  $700

·      Graphics/Promotional Materials          $700

·       Duplication                                       $500

·      Kickstarter Fee -                                $700

As you can see the $10,000 will go to good use. And if we exceed our goal we could really take the film to the next level.

WHY DONATE?

This film is ready to be released and the information shared with the world. The idea that sound can rearrange molecular structure is powerful with amazing implications not only in personal healing, but in global environmental change as well. Sound is truly the medicine of the future. Donating through KICKSTARTER is an incredible way to be a part of the filmmaking process and co-create media that is rich, important, and transformational. 

Once we have reached our goal we will immediately begin post-production to complete the feature. We will then be able to deliver rewards (see amazing incentives to the right).

HOW KICKSTARTER WORKS

Kickstarter is a new way to fund creative projects through micro financing. Kickstarter is powered by a unique all-or-nothing funding method where projects must be fully-funded in an allotted timeframe or no money changes hands.

HOW TO PLEDGE

Just click the green “Back This Project” button in the upper right-hand corner. You will be asked to input your pledge amount and select a reward. From there, you will go through the Amazon checkout process. You must finish the Amazon checkout process for your pledge to be recorded.

WHAT IF WE DON’T REACH OUR GOAL?

If funding fails, all pledges are canceled and that's that. Your card is not charged, it’s like nothing ever happened and unfortunately the feature cut would have to go on hold.
