Hello everyone!
We would first like to apologize for the lack of information updated to the campaign. Our lives have been quite hectic in the last six months and it has been an uphill battle catching up.
On to business: With your help, Rob and I were able to get a final cut of Real For Us premiered at LeakyCon 2012. The audience enjoyed the screening and we were pleased with the turnout. Our sales and overall fan interest in the Documentary were waylaid by a few scheduling mishaps at LeakyCon.
Upon returning home, Rob and I realized that we were not going to break even with our own investments, as well as your investment into Real For Us until the Documentary screened at multiple Harry Potter conferences next year. Life came in and hit both Rob and I pretty hard with realities we somewhat shrugged off while finishing Real For Us. Since the premiere, Rob has moved back to New Jersey from Los Angeles and I have been swamped with Grad-School requirements. But do not fret.
We have everyone's rewards signed and ready to be mailed out. This is going to be a slow process for us as Rob and I lost a lot of money on this project and are still trying to recover from it. But your DVD's and Soundtracks will slowly start to make their way into the mail in the next few weeks and we hope you enjoy both items. For those of you who donated to receive the StarKid signed DVD, we have your DVD's signed by the ENTIRE StarKid team. And for those of you who donated to receive the Harry Potter-esque DVD's we have people like Melissa Anelli, Alex Carpenter, and Maureen Johnson to name a few who lent their autographs for the cause.
We thank you all for your help in getting this project made and we ask for a little more patience in receiving your rewards.
