Thirty days have come and gone and as I sit here watching the last few minutes tick away, I can't help but think about this projects humble beginnings and how far we've come together.  I know I've said it before but I'll say it again, this project would have been nothing without your contributions and your participation.  Fourty One backers and %248 funded!  You guys and gals are what makes this project so great.  I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart, this was my first Kickstarter project and I couldn't have asked for a better ending to this chapter.  Now, on to the next phase of 'The People Project'!  

In the coming months I will be finishing up the various artworks and sending out the rewards and will be constantly making updates of my progress.  

Survey

After the funding period has ended, I will be sending out a survey, directly through kickstarter, to all of my backers.  The purpose of this survey is to collect the necessary information relevant to the project and fulfilling the rewards promised.  So please fill this out as soon as possible after it is sent out.  It'll be asking for info like:  the address to ship rewards to, how you want your name to appear on the featured donors page in the final book, whether you want a digital copy of the final painting, etc.  

Pictures

The criteria for you pictures is very open-ended.  It can be you or a loved one, color or black and white, full body or just head shot, close up or not so close up.  The creative decision of this step rests solely in your hands.

The Book

I will also be making updates regarding my progress with the book itself.  Once the book is published, all backers will be notified and sent a link that will let you preview or purchase a copy.  Several sizes will be available.  All of your names will appear on the special donor's contribution page inside the book, along with the amazing paintings that are soon to come!

Final words

This has been a great experience so far and I plan to carry that on into the next phase of the project.  The next few months are going to be a flurry of art and publishing but it will be a labor of love.  I want to again thank all of the donors and supporters of this project, you've helped me bring something truly beautiful into this world!
