I recently realized that the links weren't working in the pdf report.  They are now functioning, and the updated version of People's Rights, Planet's Rights can be downloaded at:

At long, long last, the report is finished!  It is posted on the howmany.org homepage, and you may download it directly at http://howmany.org/Articles/PeopleAndPlanetSLYFinal12-11-12.pdf. 

I ended up going with the title of People's Rights, Planet's Rights: Holistic Approaches to a Sustainable Population.

Any feedback is very welcomed.
