How to - Programming Languages Compared

As a software developer, one has to choose the programming language
for  implementation of a given software. Software developers are often
required to interchange languages that they use in their work. Also, a
software developer could be contributing to different projects
simultaneously (which need to be completed within a short period). The
resulting frequent change of programming languages  may pose great
difficulty for some programmers. Hence a handy comparative reference
compilation of different commonly used programming languages would be
of particular help in software development.

The compilation could also be used in academics by students and
faculty members as a reference book.

Today there are many programming languages that are used in software
development. However, few of them are  are very, very  popular. I
propose to write an e-book to cover commonly needed "How-Tos" (written
in comparative format) for four of the ten most popular programming
languages - Java, C, Perl, Bash script.

I plan to use the money propsed to be raised to put the information
together in form of a book and  do proof reading.
