Everyone: We are just $7 shy of our ½ mark with 16 days to go. I think we are going to make it! Thanks to everyone who has gotten us this far. Unfortunately, my Facebook page continues to be filled with pictures of wolves being tortured and killed. Our only hope to make a change is to start with the children and reach them through education.

      This project is worthy of support. With a fixed income, I'm very discerning about the monetary gifts I give, even to good friends. I have read RUNNING FOR HOME, seen some of the illustrations and know the intentions of the authors. They "walk their talk." They have been willing to take risks and make sacrifices to spend time with the wolves in Yellowstone and learn firsthand about their horrifying plight. They're right: Education is the only hope for a solution. RUNNING FOR HOME is a "kickstart" in the direction of change.
