GARLIC+HEAT
I was on the mission for years to come up with a sauce or dressing for the market. I had many prototypes, some that are very good and should be on the shelf. GARLIC+HEAT just seemed to stand out. A very basic recipe has flavor profiles that hit across the entire tongue.
This to me is a hot sauce but would be claimed as a dipping sauce. I look at it as do what you want, the flavor is there. GARLIC+HEAT stands out from the pack of sauces that claim garlic flavor. This specific sauce is made with almost "NO" vinegar and is mainly made of fresh garlic.
The flavor profile of GARLIC+HEAT is garlic forward. At first taste you will be consumed by the flavor of garlic and it's sharp snap of heat toward the front of the tongue. The finish will hit you with a deep chili flavor that will follow up with a steady heat.
WHITE HEAT
In the "Rewards" you will see WHITE HEAT this sauce will have the same up front garlic flavor and bite as GARLIC+HEAT without the after burn. It works great with all grilled food and amazing with sandwiches.
GARLIC SPREAD
Also available with "Rewards". This is a slow cooked garlic spread. It's great for making garlic bread with no butter and adding tones of deep flavor to sauces or soup. The GARLIC SPREAD is cooked for 8 hours and has the consistency of a thin paste. It is Olive oil base and very lean.
I have worked on sauces and food based projects off and on for years. I cooked professionally for years. I feel this is a great project that should excel. I cannot find a product with a recipe similar on the market, and while their are many garlic and BBQ or hot products none are have the same pallet coating effects.
The funds earned here will go to the next year of development. Looking to get good logo's and branding, new bottles, a website, and the fee to get a distribution center to put it all together which can cost $2000.00 by itself.
The video while funny is just to see the thickness and texture and how it varies from most hot sauces, enjoy. Both GARLIC & WHITE+HEAT have the same texture and mouthfeel.

This project is at the beginning stages. I feel GARLIC+HEAT could hit the shelves within a years time with the help of all you and all my friends. There will be many challenges to face but the sauce speaks for itself. Many of the issues are monetarily related and while I have some money I don't have enough to complete this project alone.

No, most hot sauces are vinegar based and thin. Most have some rehydrated chillies and sherry for body. GARLIC+HEAT is made from ground fresh garlic, if you look at the the updates you can see the texture and bits of garlic. GARLIC+HEAT is great as a spicy spread and will differ from any sauce I have seen, the origin has deep cultural roots within the Mediterranean, Middle East, and Eastern Europe but I have never seen something made for the main market.
