Happy new year to you! I hope you all got your linx by now and that you had fun playing with them. 

Thank you for your nice comments and emails of support!

LINX is now ready to be marketed. 

On order to present LINX to the public,  I am currently working on the preparation of an exhibition at Parker's Box Gallery in Brooklyn, opening on january 11,  where I'll be showing a giant sculpture made of LINX and straws.

 The structure, a 12 feet high cube, will take time to build and I definitely could use some help. 

So, if any of you live in New York, have some free time and would like to participate in the making of the structure, please do not hesitate to contact me. If you are too busy but know someone that you think might be interested in assisting me, feel free to put them in contact with me at patrick@linxtoy.com

Dear Backers
I hope this finds you well. 
Some of you were asking me what was happening with the project so, here is a little update.
We are currently trying different materials, in terms of resistance, rigidity, opacity, durability… This part of the process is very delicate and takes time. So far, we are not 100% satisfied with the material but we are heading in the right direction. We are expecting a new set of samples in the next few days. Once we are good, we can finish the packaging and start the production.
As you know, the estimated delivery date is november 2012 and we are definitely on schedule. Now, we are doing our best to be able to send you Linx sooner than expected.
What really matters though, is to make Linx right, which is why we are paying so much attention to every detail of the production process.

J'espère que vous allez bien.
Voici quelques nouvelles de Linx.
Le moule est terminé à 95% et nous testons actuellement différents matériaux, en termes de résistance, de rigidité, d'opacité, de durabilité… Cette phase du processus est délicate, demande beaucoup d'attention et c'est pourquoi elle prend du temps. Nous attendons dans les prochains jours de nouveaux échantillons qui, je l'espère, correspondront à nos exigences. Dès que nous serons satisfaits, nous pourrons procéder aux derniers ajustements sur le moule, finaliser l'emballage et commencer la production.
Nous sommes tout à fait dans les temps par rapport à la date de livraison estimée (novembre 2012) mais nous aimerions pouvoir vous envoyer Linx le plus tôt possible et c'est ce à quoi nous travaillons…
