What is Derby?

Derby is a clothing brand that was spearheaded by Jonathan Kligman and Jonathan Grecco at Cornell University in the Spring of 2012.The philosophy behind the brand promotes optimism, drive, taking chances, and having a good time. Derby is committed to providing its loyal customers with high quality apparel at a competitive price. The Derby project has proven that all you need to be successful is a good idea, a great team, and a little bit of luck. See you at the races!

What is the money going to be used for?

To successfully turn Derby into an established clothing brand, we need capital in order to manufacture our designed front-pocket T-shirt for our Fall 2012 collection. With your support we will be able to  produce our initial Fall 2012 collection and spread the product to college campuses and stores across the country.

Front Pocket T-Shirt:

Our front pocket T-shirt may seem standard; however, it is made of high quality cotton which looks good in various settings. Whether it be going to a fraternity party or studying in the library, our T-shirts enable college students to look good and be comfortable everywhere they go. Manufactured specifically for Derby, our shirts deliver high quality for a low price. Our initial color options will be white and Triple Crown Blue; however depending on the success of the Kickstarter campaign more color options will be available to choose from!
