What is Kickstarter? (so why are you here)Kickstarter is an innovative way to fund projects. Many times the world is deprived of awesome projects and ideas for the simple lack of funding. Kickstarter allows the project to be entirely fan-funded. This gives the fans an opportunity to not only support the project but also be a part of it. The way that it works is as follows:
-We set a goal that needs to be met by our deadline (June 16th, 2012).
-You help work towards the goal by pledging money.
-If the goal is not met by the end of the date, you don't get charged for your pledge.
-If the goal is met, you will win rewards based on the amount you set forth.
Our Project:
For a very long time our fans have enjoyed our music, playing in local shows in the tri-state area and meeting great people along the way. The only problem is that not all of our fans are in the tri-state area. That's when we decided that it's time to broaden our horizons. After much planning and thought we are ready as a band to take on the road. This is why we are here.
We've all been working very hard for the last nine months to collectively fund this tour. We feel that with the help of Kickstarter, and the support of our fans we can have an amazing experience and share it with all our fans and supporters.
During the tour, we're not only going to be able to bring our music to the fans, but we will also be video-taping the entire experience! For a small contribution you can get cool Strawberry Jam merchandise and help us out all in one go! Help us spread the Jam!
