Update #11: Update....
Update #10: Thank you all for your tremendous support! I've met the Goal!
Thanks to you all! A combination of old friends, family and new friends and some I have never met, my project will go forward. It was not easy for me to ask for help, but I realize just how important it is to bring my work out to the world and I see how it effects people and there is no greater feeling than to know you are all behind me.
I would like to thank you all for your support throughout the years and hope that my work brings something special to your world.
Now I'm preparing to go off to Michigan for the Artprize.org
I will have New Camera in Hand and make a time lapse of the installation as well as get some quality photos of the final piece..
Thank you all for allowing me to raise the bar and bring out the best quality of work to share!
Sincerely,
joe
Update #9: 34 hours to go and less than $700 to go toward my goal..
I want to thank all of you for your generosity and support of my work throughout the years as well as this short time of need to boost my career to new heights! Thank you so much!
Any funds that exceed the goal will be put to good use for Ink/supplies memory cards and more to accent the equipment. If at all possible I will by a 44" printer instead of the funded 24" which will allow for greater flexibility and scale for my upcoming work.
In these last few hours I want to point out some great incentives that remain unclaimed.
My friend Tony Vaccaro has generously given 2 incentives toward the cause in the form of art.
A portrait of Picasso that was taken by Tony is worth well over $2000 and is signed by Tony as well as another signed poster of Jackson Pollack for $1500 pledge
Update #8: 60 hours to go I'm feeling Optimistic!
Thanks to all the backers of my art thus far! As time winds down and the clock is just 60 hours from my project deadline I could say Im nervous. But I'm not because the art I make almost every day brings a lot to the community of my list, those on Facebook and Twitter and there is such an excitement I see in people when they see my work.
Thats why I'm optimistic! I appreciate al who have donated and supported my work through the years and cannot wait to share the next level of whats in store.
Here is a little girl who is so excited about my work! This is what you are helping generate with your pledges and thank you for that!

I wish I could have given more, but I know some of my friends came through. I am happy that you made your goal. Looking forward to seeing the new work.
