Stretch Goal 2! Want To Pre-Order The Third Issue Of Detective Honeybear?
As promised, we're adding one more stretch goal, and some new rewards levels in the last few days here. Because you guys have been so amazing, I decided to throw caution to the wind, and make this the new stretch goal:
***Stretch Goal #2: If we make $10,000, we can fully fund the art and printing of Detective Honeybear #3.***
The third Detective Honeybear story is tentatively titled "Detective Honeybear and the Deadly Domicile," and we're on track for an (at latest) April, 2013 release. This would be another full length Detective Honeybear adventure, just like "Detective Honeybear and the Mystery of the Terrible Llamas."
At this point, since we're already beyond the $6,112, every dollar we make past that will be put towards the third issue, regardless of whether we make the $10,000 goal. However, to sweeten the pot a little bit, I've added some new reward levels that will allow you guys to pre-order issue #3, as well. The even better news: since we've gotten our initial costs out of the way, the rewards are EVEN BETTER for issue #3. Here's the rundown:

[NOTE: "Terrible Llamas" will arrive in December.]
...And it keeps going from there. Basically, if you've already ordered "Terrible Llamas," you can easily add $8 to your pledge to pre-order the third issue, too (or just plunk down $4 if you only want the PDF).
For everybody: if you pre-order issue #3, you'll still get "Terrible Llamas," shirts, pins, stickers, etc by the December date; you'll just ALSO get issue #3 by April.
For retailers who have ordered: contact me and I can work with you on orders for the third issue!
For anyone who wants all three issues: hang tight! I'm working on a way to make the Limited Edition reprint even bigger and more special, without increasing the cost. If we can do that, I may also do a lower cost printing of issue one without the extras, just so you guys can get 'em. But right now, the Limited Edition reprint is the only way of snagging the first issue.
