With a career spanning 10 years, 5 albums and 1 DVD project, it's time for a new studio CD.
This time around, Jaime has partnered with Nashville producer Shaun Shankel. He is a Grammy nominated, Dove Award Winning Songwriter and Record Producer. Shaun has written and produced for some of the top selling artists in the Christian and Pop markets selling over 7 million albums and singles. He has had 12 #1 hits and he has song placements in over 15 film, television and commercial campaigns.
We're all very excited about the new project, but we NEED YOUR HELP to finish and expand this music ministry. I have raised just about half of what I need to finish recording and would be so very blessed if you would consider partnering with me to expand the ministry God has chosen for me.
Being a traveling musician requires sacrifice and I'll admit that it has been difficult for me at times. However, I firmly believe it is important for all of us to do our best with what God has given us and my music ministry allows me to spread the message of "going out and making a difference." I plan on continuing to use my music to inspire others for as long as God allows me this privilege. We live in a world that needs to hear a message of hope, forgiveness and service to others. My promise to all of you reading this is that my music, ministry, marriage and life will continue to be led by prayer and filled with service and love to others. I can't promise I'll never fail but St. Paul writes in 1st Corinthians that “Love never fails." I hold this truth close to my heart every day because...Love’s Work Is Never Done.

This CD will be the BEST recording I've ever done! We've really taken our time selecting strong songs that convey a strong message. I'm also excited about the great new sound we are getting with our new producer and I think you guys will love it too. In addition to the brand new, original songs we are recording, I have decided to re-do Peter Cetera's "One Clear Voice" and I couldn't be happier with the new arrangement. The new CD will also include an updated version of "Love's Work Is Never Done". It is our hope that having two versions of this powerful song will allow its message to reach a wider audience. Don't worry, while we've been changing things up a bit and going for a little different sound, I'm still ME :) Just a better "Me" than before. HA! In many ways, this album, while it will sound different than the others, showcases who I am as a musician and a person better than any of my previous projects.

My hope is to release it this year, but of course we need to finish recording.
We have started laying down tracks on the first 3 songs but still need to get overdubs recorded and the songs have to be mixed and mastered. We are shooting for 10 or more total songs for the album. If funding falls into place, our goal is to release the CD in September or October of this year. -
So many of you, over the years, have asked how you could help my music. At this time, contributing to this Kickstarter campaign is the best way to be a part of and help this ministry. It is an expensive undertaking to record music and most people don't realize all the factors that go into making a record. From producers who help craft the song and sound, to the engineers who do the actual recording, to the millions of other details in between, there always seems to be "one more bill". While this can be overwhelming, the good news is that for this record I've been able to raise half of what we need!!! I am now asking my amazing fans if they could help with the second half. We can DO IT!
