About this project
Little Orphan Android is a transforming figure that will transform into a robot and a three wheeled vehicle. The robot mode is being designed to have a large range of motion and good balance so it will be able to assume a large number of dynamic poses. The vehicle mode is being designed to be sturdy, sleek and striking.
Currently I have ordered my first of many prototypes. You can see what the robot mode and vehicle mode might look like here:

The most interesting thing about designing this figure so far has been the transformation. Making a well proportioned robot stuff itself into a sleek and curvy vehicle mode has not been an easy task and there are many improvements I will be making in the future.

I love gadgets, video games, and transforming toys. I adore my Nook Color, my favorite game is Chrono Trigger, and I love Transfomers and Macross.
I do lots of projects, some of them to prove that I can do something, some of them because the end result is so appealing to me that I couldn't not do them.
