The all-access pass ensures a front row, up close and personal experience at the venue. And after the show you'll get to hang out backstage, meet the artist, grab a few drinks...and maybe even try and persuade Theresa to record a song just for you :-).

Melody, harmony, rhythm, timbre; these are the traditional building blocks of pop music. Yet although you will find them in abundance on Hummingbird, Go! (her last album), Theresa Andersson hardly sounds like conventional pop. That's because the New Orleans singer-songwriter chose to approach her craft from different perspectives before she even began composing. "I stopped thinking in terms of traditional songwriting," Andersson explains. "I worked on shapes, forms, and textures, scents and colors. Elements which are more earthy and organic inspired me." She would walk along the Mississippi River, or relax in her garden. As ideas emerged, she caught them in her butterfly net – or rather, on her laptop – and let them converge, then blossom.
Glad to hear that all is okay with you. Missed you. It's nice that you find so much time to tour Europe and Scandinavia, but how about giving the people in this country a break? The only time you seem to tour here is in New Orleans. There are many of us in the U.S. who are every bit as hungry for your appearances as there are in Stockholm.
Hej Theresa!

Never a doubt darlin'! Thanks for sharing yourself with us all ... You make us better!
You talent and creative innovation (not scared to try new things) is inspiring. It has brought you the courage (and headaches) to work out a personal one woman performance way to create beautiful and DIY music that we love as well as, now, this very new way to communicate and support you. I for one have trouble spending my money on the older pay a record company model which eventual trickles down to you ( often with too many middle men with too many compromises). Pledging support or donating to you directly is a much more fulfilling and personally connected way to support such a talent. I look forward to seeing how your process evolves in the coming weeks - this technology ( internet, streaming, blogs) and that of mics, computers and loopers are a means to an end, we know that really your music that we love comes from you voice, your hands and your soul.
Grattis Theresa!
Both for your child and for this success. It is with great expectation that I look forward to your upcoming album and the new show ideas you told me about. It's been amazing to follow you for the short time that I have. The joy of performing really shines through you while you're on stage and I can only assume that it is because you really _love_ what you do. Thank you for sharing it with us and thank you for making more of it.
Lycka till nu med både skiva och dotter så ses vi nånstans på din turné nästa år. Kram från ett småkyligt Göteborg!
Hej på dig!
Wish I could back you up more but as we say "många bäckar små" (several small streams, or however you translate it) does the trick in the end. I love to see your updates. It remainds me of when I was expecting and my sons father was rehersing his record at home. After my son was born each time he heard that record he "danced" or more wriggled in his cot. That showes how much they actually hear when still in there. Live well and good luck with your two labours of love. You make me smile. :) Lee
Hey! (Eller hej!)
You sure have some awsome talent in your multitasking.. Just had to back you here! I'm into the whole RC-50 as well (and trying to make a living out of it..).. Are you coming to sweden any? I missed you at Lisebergshallen.. Would have been great to see you live tho'.. And: "Hojta till!" if you need any backing vocals of any kind.. ;)

Hi Theresa
it's all looking very exciting. I have resigned myself to the fact that you're unlikely to tour Australia - and notably Western Australia - but I can still watch the occassional you-tube; and listen to the cd. Now, I was out bush ("the outback") yesterday in a place of ancient rock art, birds, dragonflies and lemongrass (I work with Indigenous people in remote areas of Australia). It's an almost spiritual experience, hard to explain to others, but music is its closest translater. Keep it up.

Hi Jon -- thanks for the kind words and great questions! I will most definitely be touring in 2012, but those dates are not confirmed just yet. We're looking into touring across the US and Europe, so hopefully we'll be near you. As soon as the tour dates are confirmed, my fans will be the first to know!
We'll get the site updated right away. Also, the Liveset concert is now available online. They've put up an interview as well as full versions of "Oh Mary" and "Blue Skies." You can watch those here: https://liveset.com/events/1-theresa-andersson-new-orleans-la
I hope that answers your question the best I can. Thanks again Jon!

Hi, Michele - thanks for your support. We issued an update on Friday letting everyone know that the livestreamed sessions will begin on Monday, May 23rd and run through Friday, May 27th. Each day's session will be saved and archived, so that you can return to them when you have a chance. Hope this answers your question - if not, let us know!
Will be missing you at Jazz Fest - see you hopefully soon.

What great news! A baby and a new album. Congratulations! I'd be delighted to contribute towards the making of the album. I'd love to think that you'll visit Australia one day. I've just spent the Easter weekend at the National Folk Festival, where I heard an immense variety of performers. I think you'd be a great addition to a future festival line-up.
Do you know what the dates will be for the livestreaming sessions? Or if there will be a way for supporters to view them if they cannot attend live?
Thanks, Erica! Your support is incredibly appreciated - and we'll definitely keep your talent and gracious offer in mind!
Wish I could do more!! Hey, If you need a volunteer photographer, I'm at your service, ma'am! Very exciting about the baby girl! Congratulations!! efolse@rocketmail.com
