Hi Suzy -- Awesome. I've been complaining for years about the lack of middle eastern food in Asheville...namely street shawarma. Anyway, I'd like to help. I don't really have the money to give but I'm a local fine woodworker who'd be willing to pitch-in some skill for whatever that's worth.....ie shelves for the truck, cutting boards, etc. Let me know what I can do. http://goldsplinter.com/

This food looks delicious! I wish I lived near your city so I could benefit from the rewards :) unfortunately I do not even live in the U.S.
I know it will not be the same but can the cooking class be given over Skype Video instead or perhaps as a personal prerecorded cooking video ?
