Author Sybil Nelson creates a collector's edition of her Award Winning Middle Grade series Priscilla the Great.
Priscilla the Great is a series of Award Winning Middle Grade books that I started publishing myself in 2011. The series has sold over 6000 copies most of which are ebook sales. Print books are currently available through Createspace, but I am seeking to revamp the print edition to make them higher quality and get them accepted into book stores. The first step is hiring a fantastic cover artist called Renu Sharma to give the book a more mature feel in order to attract older teens to read the series. Her work is amazing, but I can't afford five new covers and food for my family at the same time. The estimated quote for the five covers is about $3000. Then I have the production costs of creating the five hardcover books which I estimate to be about $600 per book. I am also adding in $500 total for the cost of sending out rewards.
