  We have been in conversations with our engineers, manufacturers and designers. After reviewing the links that have been sent by the Kickstarter community, we have concluded that the Z3 may look similar to the Rock, but we are completely different and better; based on the description below;
  1) The rock has a different processor than the Z-3.

  2) The rock has QI wireless charging, although it may not work with the metal casing, but it looks damn good.
  
  3) The rock has "patented" proprietary apps that we got some company you've never heard of to make.

  The fact that you watched THOUSANDS of dollars get pulled in a matter of 12 hours, and nothing but distrust from the people who have entrusted you to bring a product. is not only poor form, but a terrible show of faith. There is the Pine smartwatch, it is more expensive but is legit and it actually a standalone phone if you add a SIM card.   Indiegogo also has several smartwatch projects going on, but I'm more of a KS man, so I can't comment on their legitimacy.

  I have watched what has transpired over the last few day regarding the Rock smart watch. I was still willing to give Vak a chance to respond to the questions asked by some of the backers. I am not that tech savy so I am very happy that there are kick starter backers who know what questions to ask. I am grateful to you backers because I might have stayed with this project and trusted that this was a real product being created. Today after I come home from work, I logged on to find that the creator of the project decided to spam everyone rather than answer legit questions. That' it for me. I don't have deep pockets and no money to waste on bull. Especially when the creator of the watch wants to play childish games. I AM OUT!! Thank you kickstarter community for being so knowledgeable and knowing what to ask!

  We have been in conversations with our engineers, manufacturers and designers. After reviewing the links that have been sent by the Kickstarter community, we have concluded that the Z3 may look similar to the Rock, but we are completely different and better; based on the description below;
  1) The rock has a different processor than the Z-3.
  
  2) The rock has QI wireless charging the Z-3 does not, neither any other Android smartwatch
  currently on the market.
  
  3) The rock has patented proprietary apps that currently Z-3 does not have.
  
  4) The rock Wall Street business is using a different Operating system than the Z-3.
  
  5) The rock had the first patented QI wireless docking station Z-3 does not.
  6) The rock has a tracking app system that the Z-3 does not have or exist in the smart watch world.
  7) The rock selection of colors and features is far better and different than the Z-3.
  8) Rock has the first app portal which does not exist with the Z3 or Android app store.

  Also who wants to get in contact with the chinese manufacturer of Z3? I bet you they've never heard of this project and have recently had a request for a quote for several hundred Z3...
