  1) The rock has a different processor than the Z-3.
  
  2) The rock has QI wireless charging the Z-3 does not, neither any other Android smartwatch
  currently on the market.
  
  3) The rock has patented proprietary apps that currently Z-3 does not have.

  Actually I am watching this comment section from the start and must say that yesterday I was close to buy popcorn and sit down with my smartphone to be entertained by the situation! It was spectacular how the scammer got caught and couldn't even come up with fake anwsers but technical. I could make them up easily. Vak must be an idiot.
  
  I would actually have nothing against the campaign to succed ... with $1 pledges from people like me as a thank you for the fun :)
  
  Anyone who backed more than $1 please be sure your money will be stolen.

  Backed for a $1 just so I can join in on these fantastic comments, has anyone done a background check on our elusive mr sambath? Because the one I did (beenverified) gave some insight including his resumes listing him as "CFO" and "CEO" of multiple "businesses" this has turned into a huge shitshow of lies and deceit and I'm honesty surprised this project is still here. Why are we all still beating a dead horse asking and waiting for legit answers and insight when it is clear as day that this product and campaign is a complete and total scam. Vak obviously is a con artist looking to make a quick "legal" in what is more like a criminal "grey area" what he's doing is legal robbery. What everyone needs to do rather than incessant comment posting is just withdraw our pledges and move on. I mean come on, right from the start his pledge amounts in each category was 5000. That's a pretty pretty high total to not have something previously mass produced in 3rd world sweat shops that's ready to go. Let's move on and let this loser go down with his ship

  Oh my God ... I officially need Panadol pills from the last two days following this debate ... I had my suspicions when I read about the 4gb RAM ... I said I will wait for a clear answer but ... To reach the point that the creator is spaming !!!? Well that's it I will downgrade from 199 to 5 just to follow to the last day and if any new developments comes up than it will be the judgement day be it positive or negative... I seriously doubt this project can continue in this direction

  I was excited, to be honest, now I’m having doubts.
  @Vak – come on, use the examples how Haptix: Multitouch Reinvented project (http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/haptix/haptix-multitouch-reinvented…) layout, i mean you and I backed it, see how their layout is listed, from pictures of hardware to notes drawing, to prototype, and videos.

  @Arthur - Vak has apparently given up with the stalling tactics and has just been trying to push the negative comments off the comment page. He's being childish because he knows we have found him out with his scam. More proof showed up that he was using photoshopped pictures etc, and he still has not provided any proof or answered any of our questions. Apparently defending his scam without anything to back it up was too hard, so now he has learned to copy pasta the same generic marketing statement and spam it.
  Sorry this project turned out to be a fraud, I remember you seemed excited about it.

  @Vak stop with the spam, its getting quite annoying. We backers would like specs. You know, for example a Nissan GTR is better than a Nissan Sentra, why? Well a Nissan GTR has 545 horsepower with a 3.8 liter V6 engine while a Nissan Sentra has 130 horsepower with a 1.8 litter 4 cylinder engine. Just stop with the spam, its ANNOYING.

  How much RAM does the watch have? What specs on the RAM?
  How does the metal body effect the Wifi, bluetooth, and the Qi charging?
  What are ALL of the differences between Qi and non-Qi watches?
  What are the battery specs? Not hours, but what specific battery is in the non-Qi, and what size Qi battery etc.
  What is the status of ios compatibility? What do you know works with ios phones?
  What apps work on the watch itself aka without phone connected?
  Can you show videos of any of the apps you've made, or of apps working on a prototype? What can you show us so we can see the quality of your unique apps without compromising anything legally?
  What is the screen resolution? What is the 1080p referring to?
  Is the screen really OLED? Why use it over cheaper options?
  What version android does both versions of the watch run? Are there plans to upgrade the version at some point?
  Is liquipel what you will be doing as far as water resistance? If not what IPA rating are you shooting for?
  What is the watch band size? Is it a standard size or do we have to buy any additional bands from you?

For your record this poor Chinese smartwatch have 2GB of memory and 256mb of Ram it is Running on Android 4.1 and not 4.2!! Oled screen?? 1080P ?? What are you dreaming ?? Even you dont know how to explain what is a resolution so you want Oled screen and 1080P on it ?? Vak please stop jock on us, not everybody are dumb!! For your knowledge the Z3 screen is 1,54 poor lcd. Its not possible to add QI charger on the Z3 due to his construction, the charger is a clip like the first Omate charger.
  The App is also developed by the same Chinese company by the name of Appscomm dont confuse with the well known company Foxconn and they are far to finish the app for just receiving Text message.
  Notifications such as Facebook, Email can be receive only by wifi and not like you are pretending by your smartphone like the Gear!! Next time also dont jock on others and do comparisons with Omate and the Neptune Pines that are far far away advanced from the Z3 specifications and features even the old good Pebble are better!!

  No decent attorney would tell their client to lie about holding patents they don't, provide false and misleading information, and falsely accept Kickstarters terms of service contract that opens him up to a lawsuit if the project succeeded and he didn't deliver what was promised.
  Just like no engineer would say such vague and false statements. If you gave an engineer a list of questions like "How much RAM", you would get back answers like "1 GB RAM".
