  @Li: 1) The sport version uses a three prong metal flat contact 2) the 179 version does offer Qi charging. Which one are you referring too. I hope we didn't miss anything. 3) The casing is composite plastic for the sports, while the wrist band is silicone premium plastic...it's a smoother finish.

  I think the best way to do is to upload a Pledge table of which one side should contain the Pledge amounts, comparing to what all models they cover.

Dont get me wrong, I really wanted this project. Although it seems like all these information are only sugar coated. Nice to have but all the misleading information makes it scary to get one. Sorry

  I am intrigued by this smartwatch's designs and capabilities. This is by far the only watch that seems to have been made specifically for both soccer moms as well as women in the professional fields. When someone mentions “smartwatch,” I automatically picture a bulky watch that only men could pull off. However, the Rock gives me, as a consumer, a whole new perspective. Anyone can wear the Rock. The watch seems to feature both an edgy yet classy style that will allow anyone from preteens to professional working men and women to wear on the daily. Furthermore, with new regulations in regard to texting and driving, this watch couldn’t come at a better time. I strongly believe that this product will only make life easier for its consumers.
  
  I also like the fact that the Rock takes the best features in other smart watches and combine them together. Who doesn't want to own the best of the best? If this watch delivers exactly what it promises, it will be hard for other companies to beat this incredible deal.

  @Anurag: Rockin Sports is a composite plastic. The Sports Metal Rock is a metal case housing with a silicone plastic. I hope this helps.

  Fortunately, the Kickstarter community made us aware that we were missing reward two. You can change your pledge from #1 to #2.. also I'm going to ask Kickstarter if the backers can pledge to two or more pledges. That's an interesting concept because some backers would want to keep a unit and give it as gifts at the same time.

  @vak a search of the USPTO for anything under Rock LLC, Rock, LLC, or Vak Sambath. In fact, I cannot find anything on Rock, LLC except what you've explicitly had published yourself, and your linkedin profile is shrouded in apparently nonexistent companies with no employees. Pretty much everything seems manufactured. Can you provide these patent #'s you claim to have?

  @Kickstarter backers: We just want to make it clear that when we mean in time for Christmas, what we meant by this statement is that when you back this project, you can then print out or email gift certificate that we've created for you from our rocksmartwatch.com website do download. This is what you give our to the recipient. Then, when we ship...the earliest is in March 2014. For the record, we're actually pretty conservative in terms of actual product delivery. We hope this clears up the delivery question. We're on Kickstarter because we feel the community can help support our idea to go against the big guys and their advanced smartwatches. Please feel free to send in your questions. We want to make you feel that you're getting the best response to our small and little company.

  @John/Vishak: Thanks for your feedback. I'd like to have the table to provide our response. 1) By proprietary, we've developed apps for our version of our own smartwatch. If you'd like further clarification, please contact the USPTO and our attorney on record, we're listed under Rock LLC. You'll find our patent filing numbers and such. We've been working with Kickstarter to make sure that we're real. The company is real. I'm real. Patents are real. We're not here to make our ideas a reality. We're on here because we need help. As for right after Christmas comment, we clearly indicate when we'll ship the units. Kickstarter has guidelines to product the backers. We respect this community and we're here to be part of a place that welcomes people that small companies that at least tries.   The sports watch is not that bad either especially for the $97 price point. I'm actually considering giving it as gifts to my nieces and nephews for Christmas. Is there anyway to buy more watches using the same account? I'm really interested in buying more as gifts.

  hmm this watch seems to be very thickly ladden in market jargon and actually it seems like there is already a product thats manufactured and ready to go. You're claiming ship dates right after christmas, despite having a 44 day kickstarter campaign. Very suspicious..
  
  also, I saw your other "Rock v. #othersmartwatch#" charts - they all differ and really, from what I can tell, the only difference with your smartwatch is it's crammed with a whole heaping lot of bloatware and "proprietary" apps and "proprietary" chargers? This campaign kind of raises red flags for me.

  @Candace: At the moment yes. At the same time...the watch casing can fit many standard wristbands. It's pretty swappable. We might offer more colors as stretch goals. Depends on the demand.
