Update #26: Seven Influential Comics
While we're waiting for our DVD proof to come back, here's a look at frame grabs from an "Interlude" that's exclusive to the Graphic Storytelling DVD.
In an 18 minute sequence, P. Craig Russell talks in-depth about seven comics stories that had a major influence on him as a young creator.
And the first person who can name all seven stories AND creators gets a "No-Prize!" ; )
Update #25: And we have a cover . . .
Sending the DVD out for proofing. Once the proof comes back okay, then we'll put in an order for all of the discs. ; )
Update #24: Sneak Peek At Our Opening Titles
This is the opening for the Graphic Storytelling DVD—it will also run at the beginning of each individual lesson video in regards to the web series.
This preview should especially be of interest to the kind folks who backed us at the "Executive Producer" and "Associate Producer" levels. ; )
Cover art coming very soon—we have to tweak one last detail.

Update #23: Adapting The Graveyard Book
P. Craig Russell recently attended MoCCA Fest in New York City, where he was the Guest of Honor. Afterwards, he spent a couple of days in the New York City Library (the one with the lions out front) working on the script and thumbnails for his graphic novel adaptation of Neil Gaiman's The Graveyard Book. Craig's comments on the latter experience: "What a space to work in. How can something be both vast and cozy?"
All of the storytelling videos have been edited and we are currently authoring the DVD. We’re still on schedule to deliver it—and all the other physical rewards—by the end of June. The Graphic Storytelling web series will go online in early July.
Stay tuned for more updates and a sneak peek at the DVD cover art!
Update #22: It's Snowing in April . . .
. . . here in Ohio!
That might not be such a bad thing, because it's keeping us inside, hard at work on this project. The lesson videos are almost completed and we're getting ready to shoot the bonus segments. We'll be running a preview of the DVD cover soon, so please stay tuned.
Bonus Eye Candy: All-new P. Craig Russell art, created specifically for the Mocca Fest poster.
