Update #9: Paintings complete!
They are finally done. I still have to clear-coat, scan and frame them, but the images are finished. Please let me know what you think!
I will send another update once the prints are ready for distribution. Also, I'll let you know when the next performance of "Unveiled" is happening.
I'd like to thank everyone, once again, for supporting this project. It could never have happened without your help.
Update #8: 2 down... 3 to go
It's taking a bit longer than I hoped. But I figure quality over speed, right? Anyway, two of the paintings are at a point where I feel satisfied with them, see attached images. The other 3 should follow shortly.

Here are some more photos of the paintings... as well as some of me adding a layer of glue to the surface.
Next Steps: I will be adding one more layer of glue, and then doing a final layer of paint, which will most likely include some sort of intricate pattern.
Once the paintings are finished, I will have them scanned, and the prints will be distributed to those of you who contributed.
Update #5: Paintings underway...
The paintings are coming along...
I have layed down the initial layer of color and texture. Today I spend most of the day scratching away at the edges of shapes, to make them look a bit blurry.
I plan to be sanding these down all day tomorrow, in preparation for the first layer of glue.
I hope you all like what you're seeing so far, but remember that they will look quite different when they are done.
