Update #6: Last Call for Mailing Addresses
We've made some good progress on the DVD documenting this year's final performances of "Angels" at Green-Wood Cemetery.
That means that rewards will go in the mail soon, which means if you haven't sent us your address yet, you should do that soon! We've tried to reach out to everyone individually, but we're still missing some addresses. Let us know- you can email jon@dtetc.org or make a comment here- so we can say thank you, again!
Update #5: We Made It!
Wow. It took 46 backers, some last minute phone calls, and every day of our campaign, but together we were able to reach our goal of $5,000 for Angels & Accordions!
We can't thank you all enough, and can't wait to share the performance that you've helped make happen.
We'll be in touch this week about getting you your rewards, and hope you can all make it out to Green-Wood Cemetery this Saturday (or Sunday, in the event of rain) to see the piece.
Again: Thank you! And we hope we'll see you many times in the coming year to tell you that in person!
(And if you're interested in staying up-to-date with everything Dance Theatre Etcetera does, we're on facebook - facebook.com/dancetheatreetcetera and twitter- twitter.com/RedHookArts)

MARY CLOW on October 5, 2010
So happy to hear that worked out and you reached your goal for funding! Wish I could be in the
Cemetery this weekend (don't say that very often). Hope you'll be lucky with the weather - I'm sure
it will be a wonderful performance. I will think of you in Greece, with an appropriate toast in retzina !
love - Mary Clow

Update #4: When Angels aren't Performing...
When the Angels aren't "in character," so to speak, the other-worldliness of the production gets complicated a bit...
Update #3: Over 20% there!
Wow- we can't thank you all enough- you've helped us make a huge dent in our fundraising goal and we haven't even sent out an email blast to our list-serv until today!
We only have ELEVEN days, though- so if you can, take a few minutes to help spread the word- make sure that you're part of a successful campaign (because, remember- if we don't hit the 5k goal we get nothing!).
We had a few suggestions for fans of the show & contributors on this month's september newsletter- check it out here- http://hosted.verticalresponse.com/651998/32cb79d706/282054265/431f88a016/
It may sound crazy, but even 5 seconds to make a facebook or twitter update w/ the kickstarter link can make a HUGE difference just getting this great performance out to new people.
THANK YOU again, from all of us (and the 50+ "us" who aren't in the office) at DTE.
Update #2: Here Comes the Push...
With thirty days to go before our deadline, we're poised for a big month!
Keep an eye out for a piece in the Brooklyn Paper or Courier Life Papers this week or next.
In the meantime, check out the A&A website- just made an update to give credit to all of our wonderful backers! http://www.dtetc.org/upcoming.html
