About this project
Hi, I am Amber Lee Baker, also known as Amber Lee and the Anomalies.
I want to release my second album, 'Indelible', with all the bells-and-whistles!
I am a singer-songwriter and I accompany myself on the accordion.
I am part of the Accordion Babe Pin-Up Calendar revolution - reinventing the accordion as a sexy instrument.
I have been touring a lot in this past year and am excited to offer my fans new material.
And I need your help to make this album have a really good release.
So far, I have paid for the recording of this album out of my own pocket.
Now it's time to get some help for the final finishing touches!
I also want to be able to make some professional music videos for you to watch on youtube!

I see using Kickstarter as a way to do a pre-release sale, with some extra fun options for fans who really want to help me out.
The cover of the album will be printed with full lyrics.
I also plan to print t-shirts, tote bags, patches and other fun merchandise to promote the release.
This new album includes 8 songs that I have carefully crafted and recorded with a collection of great musicians.
3 of the songs were co-written with friends who do not perform. So I have been working to have very professional quality recordings so we can try to get licensing in television and movies.
I want us all have a chance at making money with these great songs.
Also, I am currently having the album mixed by a very talented, and well respected recording engineer, Oz Fritz.

Amber Lee and the Anomalies is accordion-ista and singer-songwriter Amber Lee Baker.
She has been extensively touring the West Coast with other indie artists like Uni and her Ukelele and Renee de la Prade. Amber also went on her first European Tour in May of 2010. She is Miss February in the 2011 Accordion Babe Album and Pin-up Calendar - which has been re-inventing the image of the accordion.
Amber likes to record with a full band, but finds that it is easier (and more cost effective) to tour solo.
Amber Lee Baker's solo act is performed with her accordion, glockenspiel, percussion frog, and loop station - for an act that is rich with complexity and verging towards a full one-woman-band.
