There is nothing like making great pasta at home. So a goal of mine from the beginning has been to find a chef that would guide people in making simple, delicious pasta in their own kitchen.

I'm happy to announce that Panna has just signed James Beard Best Chef - Pacific winner Michael Tusk. Michael has two amazing Italian restaurants in San Francisco–Quince, a Michelin Star restaurant, and Cotogna.

Michael is one of the best at his craft and will be a great addition to the Panna line-up.
