Nancy Silverton
I've just finished cooking the 13 recipes Nancy Silverton, of Osteria Mozza, created for Panna. Next week, we'll film her preparing these recipes in her home kitchen. They're all delicious!
Her recipes include an Umbrian style meal that she serves to friends when in Italy, a mouth-watering brown butter raspberry tart, and several simple and magical salads.
