About this project
Wild Horses & Renegades is currently in the final stages of editing (please visit www.theamericanwildhorse.com to view clips from the film). We will use the film to entertain, educate and enlighten a world wide audience on how they can take positive action to help save the last of America's Wild Horses. The film will be shown in Washington D.C. to members of the U.S. Congress to change current legislation to help protect horses in the wild. We are launching a grass roots education campaign through internet, DVD and television to bring this urgent film to millions of people. Donations to the project will be used for covering productions expenses, music licensing, marketing and DVD duplication of this very important and beautiful documentary film.

Always ready to tackle challenges, James Anaquad-Kleinert, the former World Cup
competitor in aerial freestyle skiing, has been hailed for both his high action winter sports films and his in-depth environmental films with a strong Native American element. Anaquad-Kleinert produces from his company, Moving Cloud Productions based in Santa Fe, New Mexico (www.movingcloud.com). Other works include The Edge of Telluride and Spirit Riders, an award-winning documentary that showed in part on HBO.com, (www.spiritridersmovie.com) & (www.theamericanwildhorse.com). James has released several important films on the plight of America's Wild Horses. In 2006 he released Wild Horse Spirit Which aired on the PBS show Natural Heroes. In 2008 James released Saving The American Wild Horse which aired on the Documentary Channel and he made an appearance on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. with the film. Today James is completing this Powerful feature length documentary film on the plight of America's Wild Horses and the fate of the American West.
