It is simply amazing the tools we can use these days to get our ideas out into the open world!  I truly live by the YOLO standard. YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE!!  The gift that I have been given to take me through my life is a passion for cooking, and making sure that everyone is happy and satisfied.  After years in corporate America, a change has enabled me the opportunity to follow my passion full time. I own and operate my own small food delivery business, but I'm ready to take it to the next level with my very first food truck. 

Food trucks may seem like the new "it" thing, but for those of us who have a passion for food and being successful in the food industry, it's so much more than that.  I love the motto "Do what you love, and you will never work a day in your life."  Those are truly words to follow as a guideline for daily life in my opinion.  I'm good at what I do, but I'm trying to be great.  I want my product to be out there for everyone, and I want to reach the largest market that I can with my Southern classics like red beans and rice, gumbo, etouffee, dirty rice, and so much more! 

My plan is to create my goals and meet and exceed those goals. I want to put my name out there, and I want folks to truly enjoy what I'm offering.  If you like to eat, that's great because I love to cook and serve!  I'm ready to put GUMBO GIRLS on the open road!   Please help me reach my goal of owning and operating my first food truck. This means so very much to me, and I'm ready to serve my local Katy neighbors, Houston and surrounding areas.  Also, for my current clientele, I will continue to offer delivery services as needed.
