Just as the sticky foot propels a heavy rock down the slippery ice rink of a curling match, we the people of Stikyfüt are ready to roll our heavy rock all over the great USA for a 42-day National Tour: August 17th - September 29th
We made this Kickstarter thingy for two reasons: 1 - Our fans can get some really cool new merch whilst helping us reach our goal. 2 - Make it financially feasible to put the butts of Stikyfüt in a big ole van and send us away on our VERY FIRST NATIONAL TOUR.
We've made a lot of progress as a band since our first show back at Harvey's a little over a year ago. Since, we've played at famed venues all over Michigan, and we released a 6-song EP all on our own. Our hard work and the passion we share for quality music has carried us far, and we have no plans of stopping soon.
Going on national tours is something that every serious musician must do in order to spread their sound to new listeners. But it sure ain't cheap folks.
That's why we are asking for your help.
So far we've got shows lined up in Illinois, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Indiana, and Ohio. Some of our expenses include reliable transportation ($4,500), gas money ($1,020), lodging ($800), food for 5 people ($1,680), and new merchandise ($1,290) totaling out at $9,290*.

Food: $1,680 (food for 5 people for 42 days average of $8/day per person)

Promotions: $150.00 (flyers, radio spots, postage)
