Some people have suggested that I offer a meeting with me (Rusel DeMaria). I was reluctant to do so because I can't compare myself with the other people offering their time, but I would be happy to meet with anyone who wants to share some time with me and support this project as well. Meetings would have to take place in or around Seattle unless I am traveling and can arrange something else. There is no limit to this offer, and I will also kick in a signed book AND a T-shirt.

David started designing games in the British Isles as a teenager, created Shiny Entertainment and has designed and shipped dozens of great games. Up to five people will share a meal with Chris Taylor. Chris burst on the scene with the RTS Total Annihilation and went on to found Gas Powered Games and release more great games, including the Dungeon Siege series. Chris is outspoken and has a great sense of humor. Don't miss the opportunity to share some face time with Chris Taylor. The location, time and date will be determined after the Kickstarter project is completed. You will be responsible for all of your own expenses.

Up to five people will share a meal with Lorne Lanning. Lorne founded Oddworld in 1994 with his partner Sherry McKenna. Together they brought us several amazing games, starting with Abe's Oddysee. Lorne is a true visionary and will give you a great perspective on the game industry. He's always super busy, so this is a rare opportunity to get to know the man behind Oddworld. Becky, who sometimes goes by the nickname "Burger," is a fascinating and multi-talented programmer and writer, currently Chief Software Architect at Sony Computer Entertainment. Up to 5 people will share a meal with Steve Meretzky, whose history in video games goes all the way back to the Infocom days. He worked with Douglas Adams on the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy game, and continues to be an active designer, currently with Playdom. Perhaps you can challenge Steve to some board gaming. The location, time and date will be determined after the Kickstarter project is completed. You will be responsible for all of your own expenses.

Up to five people will share a meal with John Romero, one of the original designers of Doom and Quake and a a really great person as well. John in an icon in the industry and continues to explore games in different ways. He's very knowledgeable about game history, too. The location, time and date will be determined after the Kickstarter project is completed. You will be responsible for all of your own expenses.

Up to five people will share a meal with Bill Budge, one of the original superstars of Electronic Arts. Bill created the Pinball Construction Set was pioneering computer games during the 80s and 90s. If you're interested in the early days of EA, Bill will be a great person to ask. The location, time and date will be determined after the Kickstarter project is completed. You will be responsible for all of your own expenses.

Up to five people will share a meal with Greg Johnson. Greg is the co-designer of one of what I think is one of the funniest games ever - ToeJam & Earl. He's a great guy and has lots of stories. You'll really enjoy meeting him and quizzing him about what ToeJam and Earl do in their spare time. The location, time and date will be determined after the Kickstarter project is completed. You will be responsible for all of your own expenses.

Up to five people will share a meal with industry veteran and icon, Louis Castle. Lou has been there and done that! Starting co-founder of Westwood, Lou has a long history and many games under his belt, including helping usher in the Real-Time Strategy (RTS) genre with the awesome Dune II and Command & Conquer.He's still going strong, and you shouldn't miss the opportunity to learn from him.

Up to five people will share a meal with Eugene Evans. I've known Eugene for at least 20 years, and he's been in the game industry much longer than that. Eugene can tell you a lot about game development in the U.S., but he also was part of the early British game scene. Another great guy and fabulous storyteller. The location, time and date will be determined after the Kickstarter project is completed. You will be responsible for all of your own expenses.

Up to five people will share a meal with Jeff Tunnell. Jeff is another iconic veteran of the industry. He was one of the founders of Dynamix and later started Garage Games. He knows the game industry and has lots of stories to tell. He's in Eugene, Oregon - a great town - so people in the Pacific Northwest might want to look him up. The location, time and date will be determined after the Kickstarter project is completed. You will be responsible for all of your own expenses.

Up to five people will share a meal with Gordon Walton. What can I say about Gordon? He is a perennial leader in the game industry, having worked as an executive in a staggering number of major companies, such as Konami, Origin, Maxis, Sony Online, Bioware and most recently, Playdom. He started designing games in the 1970s, so this is a guy who has literally been there and done that and has the T-shirts to prove it. He's also a great person to know. The location, time and date will be determined after the Kickstarter project is completed. You will be responsible for all of your own expenses.

Up to five people will share a meal with Carter Lipscomb. You may not know Carter, but that's your loss. He's one of the nicest guys in the industry, with an impressive history in major companies. He's currently a VP at Sony Computer Entertainment. Carter is always fun to be around, so I can just about guarantee that a meal with him will be unforgettable. The location, time and date will be determined after the Kickstarter project is completed. You will be responsible for all of your own expenses.

Up to five people will share a meal with the legendary founder of Electronic Arts, 3DO and Digital Chocolate - Trip Hawkins. Trip needs no introduction, and I can only say that five lucky people will get to spend some time with this icon of the industry. This will occur in or near San Mateo, California - time and date will be determined after the Kickstarter project is completed. You will be responsible for all of your own expenses.

Up to five people will share a meal with Will Wright. Will needs no introduction. If you don't know who he is, you aren't a gamer. Will is also one of the most interesting people I know. Every conversation with Will is fascinating. Don't miss this opportunity. The location, time and date will be determined after the Kickstarter project is completed. Sid is an amazing thinker and designer and is rarely accessible in public, so this is a great opportunity to meet a legend and hear his stories first-hand. Peter is one of the most fascinating designers in the industry, and the originator of the "god game" genre with Populous. He really doesn't need an introduction. You will be responsible for all of your own expenses.

John Romero and Brenda Brathwaite have generously offered to meet with up to 10 people for a dinner at a gourmet Mexican restaurant - and it's their treat! That's right, they'll even buy you dinner. I can't thank them enough. More details to come.
