I am in the process of filming a documentary entitled, 'Below New York'. The inspiration for this film started when I moved to New York two years ago, and was incredibly touched by the local subway musicians who weave a vibrant texture into New York City's emblematic charisma. It is this feature characteristic which provides the basis for my unique and stylized look at some of New York's finest subway musicians, performers and artists. Through a series of polished vignettes, this piece will draw the audience into the amazing lives these local performers lead, and how their quest for a venue and sustenance adds a truly wonderful aesthetic to one of the greatest cities in the world.

I still need funds to pay for equipment rentals for final shoots, post production work including sound mixes, coloring, rotoscoping, web design, film festival entries, and promotion.

My goal for the film is to enter as many film festivals as I can afford, and hopefully find a venue where the film can be broadcast or picked up for distribution.
