WHO?

Hi! I'm Amanda Lafrenais. I'm the artist of the webcomic Love Me Nice and more recently contributed a story to the very successfully funded Smut Peddler project.

WHAT?

"Titty-Time" is the admittedly silly title of a series of light-hearted erotic comics I've been working on for the last few years. Until this Kickstarter, these comics have been available to Slipshine (NSFW) members only, and this is the first time since selling the #2 minis at MoCCA 2011 that they've ever been available elsewhere!

WHY?

A lot of readers have requested making my comics available in print form, and it's simply been something I've been unable to produce because of the situation of my personal life. But my goal is for this project to be funded so that I can not only give readers what they've been asking for, but benefit myself so that I can continue making and printing my comics!

Because of my own qualms with unsavory aspects of pornography, I really wanted to make erotic comics that were friendly and inclusive for a wider audience, including women, LGBT readers and those wishing for more variance in body types. I wanted to make fun stories without an ounce of shame in them, and I think I've been mostly successful at that!

Friends and readers have gone as far as dub my comics "Adoraporn." Which would have been an even sillier title. We're all about silly titles here...

... but silly is what I am best at.

The Book

If funded, 15 stories will be collected in a 210-220 page paperback book:

Pledge Incentives

Backers-only blog:
Access to updates on the book, input on the print, progress on cameos, and access to a private live stream and the chatroom for a Q&A broadcast answering backer-only questions, and a recording will be made available to backers as a form of a commentary+interview combo in place of commentary in the book itself.

PDF:
A PDF of the entire book in web resolution will be made available upon funding of the project.

Artist signature and sketch:
Request a sketch to be included with the signature in the book!

Print:
A print will be designed based on backer input, so if there are favorite characters you'd love to have a print of, backing this project will allow you to let me know!

Original page:
You will receive one of the 200+ original comic pages -- blue pencil and inks on 9x12 smooth Bristol board. You can request a specific page. Please note: some pages are composites of multiple pages, have received considerable edits thanks to errors during the transition to digital, etc. If your page of interest is one of these, I will let you know if that's favorable or if you'd like to choose a different one. (The "Toon" chapter pages are not available as backer rewards.)

If you have a preferred page, it is first-come first-serve, but please wait until funding ends to request a page. I will contact you in order with instructions.

Cameo Brooches:
The cameos are made from polymer clay, hand-pressed into silicone molds of hand-sculpted originals. When you back for a cameo level, you may indicate whether you'd like the cameo in the form of a brooch/pin (default), a necklace, or without a setting so that you crafty types can DIY! These two designs are limited to the lifespan of their molds, making them unique to this Kickstarter. If all available are claimed, only 22 of these will be made.

2 designs will be offered -- Dragon/Teal and Princess/Purple -- and you may indicate which one you'd like, otherwise it will be random.

Commissions:
Commissions are B&W. Brush work on 9x12 bristol. Limit 4 characters. Erotica permitted (see erotica guidelines). Original art included.

Original Comic Commission:
I sometimes take commissions, but I have never taken commissions for comics before, nor do I have plans to. However, for the incredibly gracious backer of the $1,000 level, included would be a 7 page maximum black and white comic commission. This would include a web-resolution version, a printed version, and the original pages.

Erotica guidelines for commissions and comic rewards:
Content must be sex-positive and between consenting adults. If you're considering a commission/comic reward level and are not sure about the content, feel free to contact me ahead of time.

What will the funding be used for?

When will the book/incentives be ready?

If funded in November, my goal is to have the books from the printer and to be able to ship them out in February, 2013. Work on all incentives will be started the moment the project is funded and the book will be shipped with them -- different pledge levels have different estimated delivery dates.

Will books be available for purchase after this Kickstarter?

Yes, after all backers have recieved their rewards, the comic will be available online and at conventions!

How will this project benefit the artist?

This project being funded will provide a stock of these books to sell online and at conventions, and profits will allow me to pursue comics in general, like Love Me Nice and a future Love Me Nice book, and to give me a step-up towards making the convention rounds again. I would also like to make this a yearly collection, so if this project is successful, you can expect more Titty-Time collections in the future!

What happens if the project isn't funded?

Well... nothing! Genuinely! There will be no book for you to buy and read, or for me to sell.
