Hey, I'm sorry about the Kickstarter falling through. I'm still really excited for the game and I know a lot of other people who are too. I'll be continue to actively follow the project!
Maybe you should think about putting the Kickstarter up again with a scaled-back goal and specifically target communities built around strategy games like Fire Emblem, Shining Force, the Gold Box games, Realms of Arkania, etc?

Timothy - The project isn't dead if we don't reach the goal, if that's what you're asking! But it does mean that we can't work at the pace we have been for the past 30 days, or spend money to hire artists. The Kickstarter is to work on Harmonia full time, and if we don't get the funding... well, we can't yet. Also, Kickstarter isn't the only way to get funding, so we'll look into alternatives if necessary. But until that's necessary, our attitude is that every hour spent thinking about anything other than Kickstarter is an hour wasted. A LOT can happen in the last 48 hours - we have our eye on the prize until the time is up. :)
...Also, some new stuff is coming soon. :D

I'm liking the new logo it has a much more theme appropriate look to it. Hopefully we can get some notice from new backers. I would hate it if this project goes to the sad failure column on Rock, Paper, Shotgun.

Jon - If that happens, the plan in my mind has been to take a week off and reflect, look at the state of everything, and decide where to go from there. But I don't want to think about backup plans just yet - that's time that could be spent giving a boost to the Kickstarter, and with 7 days left to go, time is crucial! We have a plan for more exciting stuff during this next week, and there's plenty of wind left in our sails :)
Greenlight's definitely been on my mind lately, although it looks like a mess right now. Once this campaign is over, it's definitely something to think about. In the meantime, our eye is still on the prize!

What's the plan in case the campaign doesn't work? It's a pity, but it looks like it didn't get much attention on indie related game sites (just saw a small snip on RockPaperShotgun). Have you thought of appearing on Greenlight on Steam? Even if it's just for publishing, it could attract some people to your homepage (and I think you should use the actual Kickstarter logo there, I didn't notice the text at first even though it's the first paragraph!). That's my 2cents. Or rather, $10.

This game should already be funded, and working on tier 2. For some reason, the community is ignoring the project. Maybe because the Harmonia title looks like it as created on word art. It looks kind of cheesy of you just look at the title, but this is a really cool idea.
