About this project
THE MOVIE "The Adventures of Paul and Marian" tells the age-old story of star-crossed lovers, capitalists and revolutionaries, impossible dreamers, a wise hermit, dashed hopes, and rekindled love in the sin-filled city, the desolate desert, the heart of the jungle and the heartlessness of the cubicle – all in one fun and funny movie that reminds you why you fell in love with the movies.
THE STYLE "The Adventures of Paul and Marian" will achieve its unique visual style thanks to rear projection and some high-tech wizardry to help us travel from a New York soundstage to windswept mountaintop to the dark psyche of a villain in a heartbeat.
WHAT WE'RE DOING AND WHY WE'RE DOING IT Being independent means that no one comes between the creative team and cinema magic. Meet the team that will make the magic!
The cast and production team have committed their time and effort to this project because when you make a living in film and television, you don't often get to do the kind of fun, smart, and engaging work you can really pour your heart into. This project is created for this cast and crew -- to let them show why they got into making movies in the first place and to give them the chance to work at the top of their game.
WHO WE ARE We are actors, directors, artists, and technicians who like working together. Some of us have been working together as long as 16 years!
Here is a TEASER TRAILER showing the inspirations for the project.
This is the “THE CHANGELING” TRAILER, my first feature. We shot this movie for just $17,000 – so imagine what we can shoot for $50K! – and it features many members of the cast and crew who have returned for “The Adventures of Paul and Marian”.
MIGHTY FIVE: CHECK THIS OUT! is a music video starring our composer Zach Abramson, made by “The Adventures of Paul and Marian” team.

OSCAR ANYONE? Well yes, our leading lady Marian Brock starred in the short film that won this year's Oscar for Best Live Action Short at The Academy Awards! Check out her work here.
What do I do when I’m not directing movies and plays? I produce and host a long-running SHORT COMEDY FILM FESTIVAL in New York City: www.ironmulenyc.com
We've also created several award-winning internationally-syndicated radio dramas.
HOW YOU CAN JOIN THE ADVENTURE We are creating a musical extravaganza with a super low budget. We've already raised $40,000 and are seeking an additional $16,000 to take us through shooting to post-production. Cash will cover props, wardrobe, transportation, food, and some necessary salaries.
Any additional money we raise will go toward post-production, marketing, and making the movie itself better.
